Beni is the President and Founder of Renewal Constructions, with over 20 years of experience in general contracting, property development, and commercial and residential restoration. A certified Building Envelope Technician, he leads with a hands-on approach and a focus on quality, accountability, and growth. Beni oversees projects from pre-construction to completion, developing budgets and estimates, sourcing contracts, and identifying investment opportunities. He stays closely involved in all areas of the business—from operations to client relationships—ensuring every project meets Renewal’s high standards.
Beniamin Cobaschi
Sebastian is the Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Renewal Constructions, with over 18 years of experience in building envelope design, construction, and rehabilitation. Formerly a building envelope consultant for a leading Vancouver firm, he specialized in both new builds and restoration projects. He holds multiple credentials, including PMP, AScT, and RRO. At Renewal, Sebastian oversees site operations and project delivery—managing teams, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. He plays a key role in driving execution, coordination, and operational excellence.
Sebastian Ravar
Diana oversees accounting and office operations at Renewal Constructions, playing a key role in supporting the company’s ongoing growth. She manages financial reporting, administration, and internal processes to ensure business needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation and a Bachelor of Education. Her diverse background brings a thoughtful, organized approach to managing Renewal’s financial profile and corporate functions, making her an integral part of the leadership team and a strong contributor to the company’s long-term success.
Diana Cobaschi
Tudor is the Lead Site Supervisor at Renewal Constructions, with over 15 years of hands-on experience and a strong command of field operations. A key team member since the company’s early days, he coordinates all site activities and supervises site leads and foremen to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Tudor also serves as the on-site safety lead, upholding high standards for health and safety on every job. Known for his attention to detail and client-focused approach, he plays a vital role in maintaining Renewal’s reputation for quality and reliability. He holds an Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 2 certification.
Tudor Bodnariuc
Craig brings a well-rounded skill set to Renewal Constructions, combining financial expertise with hands-on project experience. He oversees core accounting functions such as bookkeeping, A/R and A/P, progress claims, and subcontractor invoicing, while also supporting contract administration and HR operations. Over the past three years, Craig has expanded his role to include project management and site support—helping ensure smooth planning and execution. With a Certificate in Financial Management and a solid grasp of construction workflows, Craig plays a key role in keeping both office operations and field activities running efficiently.
Craig Penn
Peter is a Project Manager at Renewal Constructions, bringing hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every project. With a background in RCABC-affiliated companies and former ownership of a roofing business, Peter offers a strong foundation in both fieldwork and leadership. He is Red Seal certified in Roofing and Damp Proofing. At Renewal Constructions, Peter oversees day-to-day site operations, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures that every project stays on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Peter Pham
Ray is a project manager and estimator with Renewal Constructions. His primary responsibility is preparing bid estimates, coordinating activities during the pre-construction phase, and providing support for management and development of corporate systems. Prior to joining the company, he was also a project manager and the chief estimator for a large building science engineering firm, specializing in repair, renewal, and rehabilitation of existing buildings, new construction projects, and energy services support. Ray is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) and Applied Science Technologist (AScT).
Ray Wong
Marius is a highly skilled Site Supervisor with over 15 years of experience, specializing in glazing systems and liquid membrane applications. His keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving make him the go-to lead for Renewal Constructions’ most complex and technically demanding projects.
As the site supervisor for special projects, Marius manages everything from intricate small-scale work to full-scale building envelope rehabilitation. His deep technical expertise and commitment to high-quality execution make him a key contributor to some of our most critical and challenging builds.
Marius Techere
Stefan is a Site Supervisor with over 10 years of experience and has been a valued member of Renewal Constructions since 2011. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating on-site construction activities and ensuring the health and safety of all workers.
Stefan is known for his exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both clients and team members. His kindness, patience, and client-first approach consistently create a positive experience on every job site. He holds an Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 2 certification and plays a key role in upholding Renewal’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Stefan Alecse
Andrew brings 38 years of hands-on construction experience and a deep commitment to quality and collaboration. A master of framing and forming, he’s contributed to everything from multi-family developments to luxury custom homes. As Site Supervisor, he ensures projects run smoothly—coordinating crews, upholding safety standards, and maintaining build integrity at every stage. Certified in Level 1 Building Envelope and Occupational First Aid, Andrew is known for his calm leadership, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to getting the job done right.
Andrew Wassenaar
Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the building rehabilitation industry to his role as Site Supervisor at Renewal Constructions. He began his career in SBS roofing and quickly expanded his expertise across a wide range of building envelope applications. Before joining the Renewal team, Scott led crews at several top restoration companies. Known for his collaborative approach with consultants and trades, he’s always eager to deepen his knowledge—whether it’s mastering sheet metal or masonry. Scott’s sharp eye for detail ensures every project is delivered to spec and built to last.
Scott Muir
With over 19 years of experience in the building envelope industry, Steve is a seasoned site supervisor with deep expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and landscaping. Known for his problem-solving mindset, Steve thrives on tackling complex challenges with innovative, practical solutions. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of building systems have consistently led to results that enhance the durability, functionality, and aesthetic quality of every project he touches.
Steve Milligan
Dustan brings 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our job sites. As Site Supervisor, he manages on-site construction activities, ensures subcontractors stay on schedule, and helps maintain quality and safety standards throughout each project.
A certified Red Seal (RSE) Carpenter and holder of Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 2, Dustan draws on his technical expertise to keep work moving efficiently and up to standard.
Dustan Tucker
Josh has been a dedicated foreman at Renewal Constructions for over four years, known for his technical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. With a background in aviation and a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, he brings a unique mechanical perspective to each project. Josh is a certified Building Envelope Technician and holds an OFA Level 2 certificate, underscoring his focus on safety and precision. Whether coordinating complex site tasks or supporting his team, Josh consistently delivers efficient, high-standard work. Outside of the jobsite, he’s driven to learn and grow alongside the company.
