Beni is the president and founder of Renewal Constructions. He is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion, directing corporate growth, as well as sourcing contracts and investment opportunities. Beni is certified as a Building Envelope Technician and has over 15 years of experience in general contracting, property development, and commercial/residential restoration. He is an expert at developing conceptual budgets as well as final estimates.
Sebastian is a project manager with Renewal Constructions. Prior to joining the company, he was a building envelope consultant for a large Vancouver engineering firm, specializing in new construction and rehabilitation projects. Sebastian is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Applied Science Technologist (AScT), and Registered Roofing Observer (RRO). Sebastian is responsible for the coordination of construction activities on our job sites. He manages field personnel and subcontractors to maintain schedule, budgets, and quality workmanship.
Diana oversees all accounting and office operations for Renewal’s growing portfolio. She manages corporate relations and Renewal’s financial profile. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation and a Bachelor of Education.
Craig provides a wide range of accounting functions related to our projects, which include day-to-day bookkeeping such as A/R and A/P, as well as progress claims, and tracking of material & subcontractor invoices. Craig supplies complete financial data and contract administration support for our management team, and also provides HR administration support. Craig has a certificate of financial management.
Tudor is a construction foreman with over 9 years of experience. and Tudor has been working with Renewal Constructions from the early stages. He is responsible for coordinating construction activities on our sites. Tudor’s attention to quality and his customer-centric approach make him an important part of our site team. Tudor is a Construction Safety Officer with Level II First Aid from St. John’s Ambulance.
Dustan is a construction foreman with 15 years of experience. Dustan is responsible for coordinating construction activities and subcontractors on site, to ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standard. Dustan is a Red Seal (RSE) Carpenter.
Marius is a highly skilled construction foreman with over 10 years of experience. His attention to details and out-of-the-box thinking position Marius as our main foreman for special projects with a high degree of difficulty. Marius manages projects that range from small projects to full- scale building envelope rehabilitation construction.
